Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We want to ensure that you receive only the freshest and finest dates, which is why our products are carefully packaged and shipped to you directly.

However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as damage during transit or a mix-up with the products, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

If your order is damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • You may be required to send photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible.
